DESSERT TIRAMISÙ
Preparation in powder form which makes it possible to obtain a delicate cream for tiramisu. Fast and reliable: 150g of Bigatton tiramisù dessert, 200g of Ovo Ovo Bigatton egg preparation (or 100g of yolk + 100g of sugar), 1 litre of cream. Whip all the ingredients together in a planetary mixer.
Packaged in bags of 1kg. - 8 bags per carton.
DESSERT CREAM CARAMEL
Preparation in powder form for making a compact and tasty Creme Caramel. Easy to prepare, optimum taste: 150g of Creme Caramel Dessert for 1 litre of milk.
Bring to a boil and pour into the mould.
Packaged in bags of 2.5kg. - 3 bags per carton.
DESSERT PANNA COTTA
Preparation in powder for making optimum Panna Cotta. Easy to prepare, tastes great: 100g of Panna Cotta Dessert, 500g of cream, 500g of milk. Bring to a boil and pour into moulds.
