SPALMY
Spalmy is a paste preparation used to mirror glaze the surfaces of sweets, semifreddos and charlottes. Easy to use, Spalmy remains shiny and bright, both at low storage temperatures and at the higher ones of consumption. The line consists of 10 flavoured products and one neutral for the creation of an unlimited number of new variations of flavours/colours. Spalmy is packaged in pratical tins of 1.4kg with save-freshness covers for reclosing and better conservation of the product after each use.
