BAVARESE PERFETTA
The Bigatton Bavarese Perfetta is a delicate mixture for a rich and natural flavour Bavarese cream.
As a result of its select natural ingredients, Bavarese Perfetta makes it possible to obtain semifreddos of a compact consistency, creamy and pleasing to the palate.
Easy to prepare: dissolve 40 to 60g of Charly Tortina or of Dessert Panna Cotta in 100g of milk, bring to a boil and add 100 – 200g of Bavarese Perfetta and 100g of whipped cream. Season to taste.
Packages of 1.1kg. - 12 packages per carton.
