BRILLANT - TRANSPARENT ICINGS
The Brillant transparent icings are used to ice surfaces and borders of semifreddos, individual charlottes and ice cream cakes. They do not freeze at temperatures below zero (-20°C); they remain smooth and glossy over long periods and they cut perfectly. Available in 5 variations that adapt easily to the needs of the modern pastry shop.
Easy to work: remove a part of the product from the bag, mix gently and, if necessary, warm (30 - 35°C), pour over the sweet which must be very cold (-15 to - 20°C).
Packaged in plastic bags of 3,250kg. 4 bags per carton.
