MIRROIR
Mirror is a line of Bigatton mirror glaze icings for covering surfaces and borders of semifreddos, individual charlottes and ice cream cakes.
Mirroir does not freeze at temperatures below zero (-20°C); it remains glossy over long periods and it cuts perfectly. The various flavours of the Bigatton Mirroir icings adapt easily to traditional tastes and to the modern pastry shop.
Easy to work: heat the product in a bain-marie or directly in a microwave. Mix and proceed with the icing.
Packaged in plastic bags of 3.5kg. - 4 plastic bags per carton.
