Speedy Cold is easy to prepare: all that is necessary is to mix (5-10 minutes) Speedy Cold in the planetary mixer, adding very cold milk.

The result is an excellent pastry cream to be used to fill cannoli, pie pastry baskets, to decorate cakes or to incorporate in mixes for semifreddos.

Speedy Hot is easy to prepare in a cream-cooker, adding milk and sugar. The result is an excellent pastry cream to be used for filling cannoli, pie crust baskets, decorating cakes and incorporating in mixes for semifreddos.
